Both of these eyelash curlers mentioned are in a higher pricepoint for eyelash curlers, and you must get refills for the rubber strips for the Shiseido one, and the Shu Uemura curler doesnt sell refills, you must buy a new curler once the rubber strips go.

There are a number of Eyelash Curlers which work well and are in a lower pricepoint category, under $10, so if you cant afford either of these pro eyelash curlers, then go to your nearest drugstore and try out one of the cheaper ones. But if you can afford to, I would definitely suggest splurging on either of the two eyelash curlers above.
